Introduction

There is already a huge number of leadership / management books written and I’ve asked myself, what can I add to this enormous list. I do have  30+ years of leadership experience under my belt and my career has been very much ok within a very large company. I think that I’ve also contributed to company to the maximum extent and that I’ve left behind a legacy to be proud of. Furthermore, and what is most important to me, I’ve had feedback from the folks who worked for me which has been very positive. This all indicates that there must be something which I can add.
